Rates
Standard Rates are as follows:
Year Round:
$1200/week
Holiday Weeks:
$1400/week
Rental is from Saturday (after 3 PM) to Saturday (before 11 AM) and we require a $300.00 security deposit in addition to full payment to secure a one week reservation. Full payment (in addition to the security deposit) is due 2 months prior to your arrival date.
Special rates apply for small groups and extended stays depending upon availability. |
